When shipping:
- Please leave us a note of the the issue you had. This way we can have a good understanding of what is going on.
- Please ship both shoes, even if only 1 had the issue.
- Please make sure shoes are unused and in new condition in case we have to replace them.
- Add your previous order number.
- Please use the box we sent items in.Please send us the measurements in a note.
- Make sure box in snug so shoe cannot bounce around inside box.
